    Great location, however security is abysmal. My car was stolen right out of the garage from a man using a key fob copier. Which means that he was loitering in the garage for long enough to copy my keys as well as others. In checking reviews online and also speaking to other residents this is a common occurrence that is never handled. Live somewhere else if you care about your safety/security.

    My experience living here has not been good, management is practically non existent. Immediately after moving my key fob didn’t work and despite going to management multiple times they could not find a replacement for me. The doors are always broken and packages are always getting stolen. The mail room is the worst.

    Hope you have better luck if you choose this place but if not, save some money for your move out! We rented at this property for 3 years. Most inconveniences (random fire alarms, car break-ins, random electrical breaker issues, etc) we looked past since the leasing office staff was pretty responsive and helpful. However, I would not recommend this community to anyone after the move out process we just went through. We were nickel and dimed for EVERY LITTLE THING (even after paying the "TIDY" ...
    cleaning fee ahead of time and having never missed a payment during our lease) which added up to the largest move out fee I have ever had. Not only that, the management refused to acknowledge contract language which negated some of the charges, ignored multiple attempts at communication to clarify charges, and instead just sent a debt collector after us. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to leave with such a bad experience.

    This is my first apartment post grad and I love it. The location is incredible with so many places to walk to. The demographic is very much 20s-30s so if that is what you're looking for I highly recommend. The management is very attentive and Therin has been extremely helpful since the day I signed!

    I have lived here at this location for around 3 years now and love the location. Also, the new management that has been implemented over the last year or so (several different employees from the manager down to the leasing agents) are excellent. They are extremely nice, helpful and professional. Probably the best management team I have seen during my 8 or so years in Dallas. These guys deserve some credit!

    The front office team here is incredible. They've been a lifeline for me, helping with technical issues even when it's not their problem. Quick, caring, and always ready to assist. I can't imagine living anywhere else! Property: Love the location, walking distance to bars/restaurants.
