The only negative I see is not being able to switch from heat to AC. Once it's switched you can't go back to heat.

Windsor Community Herndon is extremely happy and very safe place to live because it is fully gated , highly competent leasing office staff and maintenance team. The property is clean and the tenants in recent months have been more courteous regarding noise levels. The community events are well advertised, however, they do not add anything to my living experience. The price of rent does not equate to the quality of amenities and overall living.
