The apartment wall and ceiling is literally like a paper, no soundproofing at all. The walking step and activities from room above always noisy. 4. Have weird water dripping sound and very disturbing. 5. You could experience a random fire alarm alert during the day or night. Cause confusion if it's a real alert or ...
    just technical issues that caused it. 6. Would be nice for leasing office staffs to greeting me and just ask how is my experience. I know they are busy with work but it would be nice to feel a sense of welcoming and willingly to help from the staffs.

    this is not a place for families or anyone with young children. There are saftey concerns that Windsor's attorney's protect them from being addressed and expect you to just live with it. It's not safe here.
