December 19, 2024When I first toured in May, they showed off the second floor claiming that the other floors would be updated similarly. It's been 7 or 8 months now and they still haven't made any changes to the other floors yet. All the other floors smell musty and are dark compared to the renovated second floor. Other things to keep in mind: one elevator is broken at least every other month and they make you pay for valet trash even if you'd rather walk it down the hallway yourself.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2024I received feedback through portal elevator was repaired/corrected and it was not. A resident wide email was sent thereafter noting the rear elevator remained out with no estimated repair time. So that means it’s not fixed. There is clear problem with that elevator as it goes out of service about every three weeks since we have moved in the building for 4 months. The community is very safe, and in the nearly two years that I've been here, I've never had to worry about any car break ins or any unauthorized people in the building. I feel very comfortable in my home, which has been a huge positive for me. The building is usually pretty clean, and there haven't been any issues with pest or anything of the sort, which is also a positive.
