Wonderful Apartments and Staff
October 29, 2020Taylor/Assistant Office Manager has been amazingly helpful through the entire leasing and moving process. She responds to questions and concerns right away, and even checked on me after I moved in to see how things were going. The maintenance has been quick and courteous. The grounds are kept clean and the area has been quiet. We are settling in very comfortably and I would recommend Wingfield Apartments to anyone looking.Review from Apartments.com
False advertisement
April 2, 2020The pictures are nothing like the shown on the website. Outdated, falling apart, and if an appliance is broken they don't care. I swear my kitchen was made from cabinets from an old trailer made in the 80's. Stove was broke and didn't get a new one until 8 months after living here. When i had to move in I had to shampoo the carpets multiple times (my neighbor did too!) just to get it from not being some what black in color. People here have no respect and it's "trashy". You do have some ...nice neighbors, but the walls are super thin. I get you will hear some things but I can hear my neighbors pee, cough, and laugh all from the comfort of my couch and bed. The apartments are very small for the price you pay. Good news is: The schools are great! Warning: When you leave they will charge you for things that should never be charged.
