Welcome to a complex more concerned with maintaining the perfect image! Gates haven’t worked in 2 years, they don’t take your concerns seriously. Thought new management would fix issues, nope! More concerned with making sure the pool is locked every night instead of fixing the gates… Lots of break ins & weird people on property at night. Don’t walk alone!!!

No pool for over two years. Gates do not work and haven't for two years. Office staff is rude. When asked about the amenities that are included they continue to just put it off. will shut off the water for over 24 hours with no heads up. Water bills are insanely high.

After the storms last night, I was awakened by Steven (one of our maintenance staff) advising me I needed to move my car because of a branch right above where I park my car. Lightning struck it and the branch was about to fall onto my car! Steven was apologetic that he woke me up (it was before 9:00 a.m.) and he is always courteous and helpful. I moved here in January and the entire staff is great! Thank you, Steven!! Love this place!

When i first moved in six and half years ago the manager was crystal and still is the asst manager was amber. they were both very nice and understanding to my health situation. they worked with me and i moved in. the maintenance guys are good and prompt. my neighbor the courtesy officer is a good guy as well. im having to move cause rent is going up. would rather stay cause feel comfortable and safe here.

Wood Meadows is an amazing place to live. Even from the first day, the staff here was friendly, informative & professional. Most importantly, the level of service has never changed. Very quick responses from office staff, maintenance & security when needed. Apartments & grounds are very well kept & facilities are never in disrepair. Great location too - several grocery stores within 5 miles of complex, lots of dining, shopping & entertainment nearby, and a pretty quiet neighborhood. Lots of kids, ...
but only one noisy neighbor in 3 years. I highly recommend Wood Meadow to anyone in the hunt.
