Unprofessional Property Manager. The property manager lacks respectful communication skills. Hostile to unproblematic tenants, imo.
The rest of the office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful! I want to make that distinction clear.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN OR YOU’LL DROWN IN THE ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF BUGS, PEST AND MOLD THAT RESIDE HERE!!!!! You’ll come across at least 30-50 bugs a day. Some probably not even scientifically discovered that’s how bad it is!!!! And on top of that the maintenance and staff don’t care nor do they try to because they’re not the ones living there. As most of the others stated, the pest is a huge problem- the montly pest control fee is added into the rent cost and its still a huge issue. The communication from staff needs improvements; Ive been here a year and have gone through 3 sets of staff and a complete ownership change. There seems to be a lack of respect and safety for their tennants, and complaints seem to fall upon deaf ears.

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS APARTMENT! This place is completely roach infested. I seen 40 roaches in my apartment before I moved anything in. They know about it too and they don't even care. Also, my door looked like it has already been kicked in. Terrible place to lease. They also don't refund any of your money even if you never moved in. 0 Stars!

The pest are everywhere and everyone has them they offer extermination every other week but that's useless because they are basically spraying water in your home because it sure doesn't do ANYTHING TO KEEP THE ROACHES AWAY, they don't come and fix anything until you get rude with them or constantly call and complain, the price has increased for no reason because nothing is updated, the pool hasn't been cleaned or opened since i moved here, every week there is different staff in the office and no ...
one communicates with you in the front office all they do is say they will call you back and they never do they sometimes even just lock themselves in the office and don't answer the phones they basically get paid for nothing, MAINTENANCE is horrible they either half way fix things or don't fix them at all honestly this is the most stressful place i have ever lived in my entire life and they are so unprofessional and they really don't even care this place is nothing but a roach motel. Every month they are "under new management" with the same old conditions. This place is OVERPRICED and UNDER-STAFFED for the conditions and problems associated with living here.

I lived here a year i was happy when i first moved in i loved my lay out but the roaches was so bad and it didn’t stop or let up the entire time i stayed here and i did pest control every week , the stray cats bringing in dead rodents was unbearable , the staff is very unprofessional i was literally yelled at each time i went in the office the assistant manager was the worse i ever dealt with she hates her job and the tenants caught the raft of it i have witnessed her being mean to many tenants ...
in the office and the manager didn’t care or come out the office to fix it , the maintenance went into my apt without warning of any kind with no apologies i got yelled at even when i told them each time they went into my apt i was charged $100 fee for false alarm from Dekalb county police dept they didn’t care said it wasn’t their problem the AC didn’t work and they didn’t tell u when it will be fixed , i hated coming home i paid rent on time but was till charged with a large amount of fees and taken to court because of it the staff was changed so much that no one could rectify why the charges was added . I paid rent and hated coming home to where i lives every single day i was miserable and now that i have moved two days ago i now can live a happy life .

I been living here almost a year and thank for my lease is almost up the roaches are insane and everyone has them it’s a constant complaint , stray cats everywhere and they bring dead mice and rats and they are everywhere please don’t leave your door open because the stray cats will enter your home . The staff is very rude and they will make you leave leasing office and threaten to cal the police on tenants if your not happy with your apt . They go into your apt without notice or warning or any ...

These apartments are highway robbery. Run and don’t look back, they don’t fix anything, they don’t do their jobs period. I got evicted after my rent was paid because the leasing agent that was only there for a few weeks didn’t process my payment. I was sitting in my apartment thinking my rent was paid and was awaken by marshals!!! Run as fast as you can !!!
