If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There's a revolving door of unhelpful and difficult management that absolutely refuses to take care of their tenants. Several of the apartments are infested with roaches, "upgraded" apartments don't have all of the outlined amenities or are riddled with damages, and staff is beyond difficult to contact for help with any of this. Also the area has a high rate of police activity and crime. Three men have been killed near the complex in the last few ...

you ever think about moving into Woodstream Village in Mesa, DONT. I've lived here three years and signed a lease for a fourth. They overcharge and at least one building (the one I'm supposed to move into) has roaches. I'm out my prorated rent that I paid to have a week to move because they have to have pest control come again after admitting to having done an extreme treatment on it two weeks ago.

We moved here about 8 months ago and we have since paid 3k to break our lease because living here has been a nightmare.
The office knew we were moving across the country and wouldn't be able to see the apartment before we sign a year lease.
They gave us an apartment that was trashed. It was filthy, none of the outlets worked, all the sinks had major leaks, the garbage disposal was broken, all of the shelves were busted, and both of our patio doors couldn't lock or close. We told the office ...
it was unsafe and it took multiple visits to the office before they had anyone come fix it. Most of the repairs still haven't been done.
Management is completely incompetent and so is matinace maintenance.
They will fine you if your kids use sidewalk chalk, meanwhile the apartments are disgusting and the pool/ hot tube were broken/dirty/usable almost half the time we were here.
They also towed my husband's car even though we were always a month ahead on rent. THEY TOW THEIR OWN RESIDENCE CARS

This apt complex is older and the previous owns did a lot of outside cosmetic fixing up but were not very good about taking care of issues inside apts. Maintenance was friendly but not very good at repairs or follow up. The new owners and maintenance people seemed over whelmed by repair issues at first but took complaints seriously and have been working very hard to make repairs and take care of many things that residents had become resigned to never being taken care of. I really like this complex! I've been here 2 years. It's in a great location that has shopping and close to highway access. I have a 1 bedroom on the second level and it has beautiful vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and wet bar! All of my neighbors are quiet and respectful. The grounds are kept very clean with beautiful landscaping. We got new management a few months ago and they seem to be very professional and willing to help when needed.
