    Comfortably sized one bedroom apartment. RENT CONTROLLED. Building is kept up well. Only two blocks away from the L -taraval train, 18 and 23 bus lines. Short 3 min walk to the beach, you can hear the waves at night! Neighbors and management keep to themselves. Safe and quiet neighborhood. California distinguished Elemnatary and preschools a couple of blocks away. Good area for families or anyone looking to escape the bustle of downtown.
