Bars, clubs and dives calling themselves pubs litter the landscape in Atlanta, but for those apartment-ites looking for real authentic pub flavor, the task is a bit harder. Thank goodness that Atlanta has places like Fox and Hounds, serving us up a wide selection of UK brews, real British cooking, and an atmosphere of fun and warmth that only the best pub can provide. So stop in, grab a pint, a plate and get ready to have a great time. If you're going to call yourself a pub, you have to have the authentic UK cuisine down pat. It's good for us that Fox and Hounds cooks up all your UK favorites, and all to the best of their ability. Those looking for traditional Irish, Scottish, and English favorites such as Fish and Chips, Bangers and Mash, or Scotch Egg need look no further. If American's more your speed, try one of their delicious hamburgers, as well as a fine selection of salads, soups and sandwiches for your needs. Make sure you come with a friend, so you can take advantage of their two-for-one deal on food items, every Monday from six to eleven pm. Another thing that makes this authentic British brew pub shine is its fine British brews, and Fox and Hounds does this will gusto. UK favorites such as Guinness and Bass, as well as domestic favorites, but don't expect stuff like Bud or Miller Light, because you'll be sure to walk away lacking. This place only caters to real beer connoisseurs . They also have a fine selection of cigars for you smokers out there, though you have to ask, since they don't keep them out in the open. If you're tired of going to many of the bars around town that are pub in name only, take hop on down to Fox and Hounds. Apartment residents are not likely to find a more authentic pub in all of Atlanta.
