Monthly Pet Fee $15.00 - Up to two (2) pets are allowed per unit. All pets are subject to the Manager’s written approval and a separate pet application. There is a $30.00 fee for the pet application. This pet application is processed through a 3rd party vendor, Pet Screening. Aggressive breed restrictions may apply. A pet rent of $15.00 per pet will apply per month. A pet fee of $400.00 must be submitted for the first pet and $100.00 for an additional pet. Pets cannot exceed a combined weight limit of 74 pounds.

2 Pet Limit - Breed Restrictions Apply. Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Stafford Terriers, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Huskies, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Alaskan Malamutes, Bloodhounds, Doberman, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes restricted breeds, dogs with specific defensive or attack training and any dog with a history of biting are strictly prohibited. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.

One-Time Pet Fee $400.00 - There is a limit of two pets per apartment and pets are limited by breed. A minimum pet fee of $400 per pet is due upon move in or when getting a pet payable online or via and eMoney order. Monthly pet rent is $25 which must be paid with full rent payment using the resident online portal or eMoney order. These requirements do not apply to service/assistive animals.
