If you just can't make up your mind, you can try their appetizer dish, which includes ceviche, calamari, coconut-tempura shrimp and crispy tempura-battered chicken. If you like your seafood grilled, they have a fine selection of grilled items, from salmon, tuna, or chilean seabass, to tiger prawns, sea scallops and mixed seafood. They have plenty of large, hearty steaks or large Maine lobsters, or a fantastic surf and turf, with lobster and the finest filet mignon. For those looking for something with a bit more uniqueness, try their pecan-crusted rainbow trout, tarragon mustard salmon filet, or apple-pecan tilapia.
