If you are bringing a non-barking, small dog, who is quiet and non aggressive, there is an additional pet fee of $100. There is no doggie door, but if you leave the door a jar, there is a fenced patio area. It must have tag with this address and an Apple AirTag in case of escape. The price is includes ALL utilities, including electricity, water, cable TV streaming services and fast WIFI, mini split for air conditioning and heating, as well as free dual washer and dryer and monthly housekeeping. Also included are furniture, all linens, towels, kitchen equipment and small appliance. There is no room to bring in additional furniture. There is a 6 month minimum.
