Xfinity is the Internet provider. Full disclosure: I always connect to WiFi when inside the apartment, as the mobile signal can be weak. I think the management charges something like $400 as a move-in fee. On the other hand, since the furniture is already here and, presumably, you won't be using the elevator, maybe you can ask them to waive the fee. I think there's a charge for a main building fob and garage fob. You'll have to check with them. I'll show you where the management office is located. No pets. No cigarette, cigar, or other smokers. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit or anywhere on the Colonnade grounds. The apartment will be rented subject to the rules and regulations posted and enforced by the Gaithersburg DHCA. Located in The Colonnade Condominiums on the edge of Kentlands across the street from AstraZeneca, behind the Giant grocery store, at the corner of Quince Orchard (124) and Great Seneca Highway (119). The entrance to the building is on Booth Street, a block down from the Exxon, on the southwest the corner at Great Seneca Highway (119) and Quince Orchard Road (124). Please understand that if/when we meet, I will need a picture of your driver's license before we go to the apartment. After the tour, I will delete the picture. Thanks for understanding. If you're interested in the apartment and decide to fill out a rental application, you must pass a background check and credit report. Upon signing the lease, I require a security deposit equal to one month's rent ($2,795) and payment for the credit report ($45). After you're approved, you'll then pay the first month's rent ($2,795) and then we'll arrange for me to provide the keys to you.
