The building offers elevator access, a 24-hour gym, a business center, and package lockers. On-site parking is available starting August 5th. Furry friends are welcome (max 2) with a pet cleaning fee of $75 total for short stays (1-5 nights), $200 total for medium stays (6-28 nights), and $300 total for long stays (29+ nights).
