The apartment is located in the medical center area, close to all medical institutes and within walking distance of MD Anderson. This is a non-smoking property; smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any reservation will be immediately terminated, and you will need to vacate the unit on the spot and lose all reservation payments, and you will also be penalized with a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a penalty of $400.
