Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is a private double driveway that fits two cars. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of two additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The maximum number of guests is eight. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, there is a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge.
