A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). Located in the desirable and walkable Elizabeth neighborhood, this apartment is a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s health care district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants. Independence Park is just down the street, and Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building.
