Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy, and any violation will result in a $250 fine. A $500 fine will be charged for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each bag of trash over the allowed 2 bags per stay will incur a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Guests are responsible for moving the trash can for trash day, especially for long-term stays. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests may see bugs in the home due to Oklahoma's climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST.
