With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and there is a maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding certain breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code received before arrival.
