Additional fees apply for these services. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum is two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations.
