Enjoy the Media Room with a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, games, books, and puzzles, as well as an office desk. The first-floor patio overlooks the pool and backyard with seating and dining areas, while the second-floor patio offers seating with spectacular lake views. House-trained pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The base nightly rate covers the first six guests; starting from the seventh guest, there’s an additional fee of $39 per guest per night. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests, respectively. Pool towels are not provided. A gas and coal grill are available for cookouts, with propane provided. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. No events or parties are allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway; street parking is strictly forbidden. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
