Amenities include washer and dryer in the unit, 24 hour business lounge with computer and printer, 24 hour gym, swimming pool, yoga and fitness studio, packages will be delivered to your room, rooftop with city view, backyard terrace, lounge with coffee machine, water server, and pool table, and parking is based on availability and subject to fees. There is no air conditioning in this unit. Internet speeds are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on your computer model and the router location. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up. Early check-in from 10am-3pm will incur a fee of $75. Early check-in before 10am will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates). Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75. Late check-out after 3pm will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates). Late check-outs must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Includes private high-speed internet, standing desk (Uplift), work chair (Uplift), 34-inch ultra-wide monitor (Samsung), microphone, webcam, computer speakers, LED streaming light, green screen, keyboard, mouse, laptop stand, and TOTU 16-in-1 Triple Display USB-C 3.1 Docking Station.
