The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and primary bedroom to ensure your personal comfort during your stay. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance. One reserved parking space is available at the rear of the building. Downtown Littleton is brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, a beer garden, boutiques, a day spa, unique retailers, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. Shop and dine, or enjoy a live stage performance at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, the Light Rail Station, and the RTD bus route. The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street at the corner of Prince and Alamo. RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station. You'll be within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants! The unit is fully self-check-in and checkout with security code access. This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. Smoking of any substance in the house or on the property will incur a $350 fee to cover all costs to clean and restore the apartment.
