Welcome to this beautiful 4-bedroom home in North Columbus! With 3 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Feel at home in this spacious property. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, and you can enjoy entertainment with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a master bedroom with a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. Please note that the jets on the tub do not work. The kitchen has an access door going to the backyard and the carport. There is an outdoor pool, a covered patio with a table and chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use. A half bathroom can be found near the pool area. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. This house is located in a residential area near major highways, shopping centers, and leisure parks! It is only a few minutes away from Northside Medical Center, Columbus Botanical Garden, Heath Park, and dining options. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
