Onsite amenities include laundry facilities, a large pool, an outside hot tub, a sundeck with lounge chairs, charcoal grills, a fitness center, a shuffleboard, and a game room. Free beach service is included from March 1 to October 31, 2025 (one set - 2 loungers and 1 umbrella). Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The fee is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).
