Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
