The back yard is huge with a dedicated garden area with raised beds. Tenants are responsible to maintain the grass and keep up with weeds, but not to improve the condition. Storage shed is available for tenant use in the back yard. Parking for a small-to-medium RV or camper is available beside the house. Fort Collins Connexion fiber internet is available.
