Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but a designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Events are not allowed. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times.
