Lake Carolyn is a 3-minute walk away, and Mandalay Canal Walk with its waterside restaurants and patios is a 5-minute walk. The Las Colinas Urban Center is about 0.7 miles away, Toyota Music Factory is about 1.2 miles, and the Irving Convention Center is about 1.1 miles. DFW Airport is approximately 8 miles away, and Downtown Dallas is about 14 miles. The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. There is a strict NO SMOKING rule and a $150 fine if the smoke detector is tampered with. This property does NOT allow pets, with a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 11am. A damage protection fee of $35 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $100 fee for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. If housekeeping discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Please note that you may see bugs in the home as Texas is a hot and humid climate that causes a lot of bugs. No refunds are given if bugs are seen.
