The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds, Bedroom 4: 2 Queen-Over-Queen Bunk Beds. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Pets are welcome with a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate for 7 or more guests applies, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. The beautiful house is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas. There is a CVS 1.8 miles away, and you will be able to do all your grocery shopping at our nearest Wal-Mart, which is located 1.9 miles away. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city, and guests will be informed the night before so they may leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards for pickup at 7 a.m. the next day. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
