Collections or judgments for medical and student loans may be disregarded at the discretion of the property manager. (5) More than 2 late payments within the last year on credit cards or other debt, loans. (6) 2 or more NSF checks in a 12 month period. (7) Unpaid Debt including repossessions, charge-offs or collections exceeding $200.00 in the past 3 years. (8) Judgments within the last 7 years or unpaid Judgements.
