Landmark has the best tenants (nurses, military personal,retirees, snow-birds, and professionals) and is centrally located near the main working districts of the area. We maintain high standards for tenants, management, and service. How can we do it? We are a financially sound community with long standing owners and management. We also require deposits because we find that prospects that have this financial resource are responsible and generally good neighbors. We don't have a revolving door of short-timing tenants, management, and staff (i.e. "here today gone tomorrow"). That means safety, security and peace of mind for you. Of course, we have furnished units, upgrades/luxury features, and many freebies (i.e. free water, sewer, cable, washer/dryer in units), too. Best Place I have ever lived

Honestly, best place I had ever lived. They call this place "little Alabama." All of the neighbors look out for one another. Two pools, on the Bay if you want to go out by the water. So close to everything in town. Not that I would recommend, but I felt safe enough to leave my door open and my cat would go in and out to the front yard. One of the pools has the ocean Bay view. I will forever cherish this place. It was spacey and everything you could need in a little condo.

Landmark is a safe and friendly community with all the amenities you would hope for in Florida! The maintenance staff, management staff, and owner are friendly, helpful, and professional. Any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Landmark is a very comfortable choice with excellent overall value.
