The full kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and essential appliances. Enjoy access to a community pool, clubhouse lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill area. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and Pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is a short drive from attractions such as the University of South Florida (5 minutes), the Museum of Science & Industry (8 minutes), and Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Tampa Palms is a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, near the Florida Aquarium, famous restaurants, and Tampa Riverwalk. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to your arrival and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
