Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, and a $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and a $250 charge will apply to guests bringing unauthorized pets in addition to any cleaning or damage. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed, and a $100 charge will apply to guests bringing more than 4 guests. Please respect quiet times – 9 PM to 8 AM, as the city of Mesa enforces this and any violation resulting in a fine will be passed on to the guest. Fines range from $750 to $2500.
