For a "first floor" unit, this unit IS NOT GROUND LEVEL, it is up off the ground which adds nice security feature feeling (see photos). The spacious living room, informal dining area, and bedroom offer plenty of space for you. A huge walk-in entry closet off the main entry. This is a well-run property with a Full-Time living onsite Property Manager and Caretaker. Plus there's no need to scrape off your car with heated, underground parking. This area has newly renovated hiking and biking trails, and in the summer months it's a quick walk to the outdoor pool! This condo is not likely to last long so come see it! Renter is responsible for electric bill. Renter must follow all Rules and Regulations of the Condo Association, which the renter will be provided via email and must respond within a week of receiving them that they have read the rules. Any fines received from the Condo Association the renter is responsible for. There is a $200 move in and move out fee that the renter is responsible per the Condo Association requirements. The Association requires a 10 Day minimum notice of a new tenant moving in which includes providing them the background check. The condo owner just made over $8,500 in updates to the condo that aren't reflected in all the pictures...New paint from floor to ceiling (including trim & closet doors), inside of all cabinets painted white, cabinet hardware moved from the middle of the doors to the corner you open it on, all new light fixtures, all new faucets, all new door handles, new dead bolt, new vertical blinds, outlet and light switches updated and some other updates.
