    Often times I realize people put poor reviews at a location due to an experience that has truly nothing to do with standard move ins. Overall, I had a super easy experience...no surprises and I adore my new place! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and the communication via email is on point! I am glad I found this place!     Great staff- from the leasing office, to concierge, to maintenance. There’s always a strong presence of help around the corner. And when there’s an inevitable problem, it’s quickly resolved and it’s easy to get a hold of someone.

    It has been a nice experience living at 1000 Speer. A great location and great team. The maintenance team has been wonderful and the concierge team as well. My only negative (and major negative) is the bilt rewards that forces you to use their credit card and absolutely reject my bank's.
