    Often times I realize people put poor reviews at a location due to an experience that has truly nothing to do with standard move ins. Overall, I had a super easy experience...no surprises and I adore my new place! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and the communication via email is on point! I am glad I found this place! It's super convenient to work, museums, venues, restaurants, and access to both I25 N/S ramps. I'm happy!

    The Staff are really excellent, every one of them. I just moved in and the entire team was so helpful. I had many questions and they were very patient with me. The apartment needed a few minor maintenance items and they were all addressed immediately and with good quality work.

    I am very happy with 1000 Speer. I love the building and the staff is terrific and very pleasant and hopeful . The views are exceptional! And I love my closet! It is ginormous! Love everything about it!

    When I found out I got the job in the Denver, I was scrambling to find an apartment, but the employees of 1000 Speer by Windsor did everything in their power to make me feel welcome and at home. Out of the 12 apartment complex’s I saw, this one just really stood out with their cleanliness, community, safety, security, style, and incredible deal I got with the price!     It has been a nice experience living at 1000 Speer. A great location and great team. The maintenance team has been wonderful and the concierge team as well. My only negative (and major negative) is the bilt rewards that forces you to use their credit card and absolutely reject my bank's.
