When I found out I got the job in the Denver, I was scrambling to find an apartment, but the employees of 1000 Speer by Windsor did everything in their power to make me feel welcome and at home. Out of the 12 apartment complex’s I saw, this one just really stood out with their cleanliness, community, safety, security, style, and incredible deal I got with the price! Great staff- from the leasing office, to concierge, to maintenance. There’s always a strong presence of help around the corner. And when there’s an inevitable problem, it’s quickly resolved and it’s easy to get a hold of someone.

It has been a nice experience living at 1000 Speer. A great location and great team. The maintenance team has been wonderful and the concierge team as well. My only negative (and major negative) is the bilt rewards that forces you to use their credit card and absolutely reject my bank's.
