Really unique and well-managed community!
May 7, 2023This property is a great destination for any individual, or family looking to have premier access to shops, dining, and travel. Located only a few blocks from both PGBT (US161) and the DNT this location has what you need. Along with the nearby shops and nightlife, this community also provides quick and easy access to travel around the DFW metroplex. I really enjoyed my time at 19019 Preston Townhomes, a very inviting, quiet, and pet-friendly community. The management and maintenance staff are ...great at keeping this place a desired destination for anyone in the rental market in the North Dallas area. Stay away!!!!!!!!
September 7, 2018I’ve stayed in these apartments for about 8 months now. Biggest mistake moving over here. Every month something has gone out and needed replacing. Maintenance takes forever to come out. It’s a small property I don’t understand why it’s a slow response. The final straw with them; two months ago I put in a maintenance request for my closet that was leaking. The first maintenance guy came out and just looked at it. I called again and nothing was done! The closet at this time has started mildewing. ...I personally walked to the office this time to put in another request. 30 mins later another maintenance guy came he checked it out and put a bucket there a BUCKET. July 29, 2018Rude management, dirty pool with algae all over the walls.(closed half of the summer). Please don’t get fooled by the pictures posted on their site, because they were taken 8 years ago. God forbid if you have a maintenance issue, average response time is 3 to 7 days. And if you try to share ur concerns with management, they ll flatly tell you that they are too busy or they forgot to tell the maintenance guys.
