I've lived at this apartment since November of last year 2014. Since I have lived there ownership has changed and I've had no complaints. The management is fantastic and very understanding(even before the new owner). Since the new owner has arrived maintenance/improvement of the whole complex has commenced and it's never hard to get in touch with the owner/manager. The area is also a fantastic place to live in little rock and has been for years! For pros I would say the location/neighbors, price, ...
small amount of cleanable space, and inclusion of most of the necessary utilities. For cons I would say the size is a bit small for 2 people, not having a dishwasher can be difficult but n at the same time forces tenants to stay on top of daily chores like dishes/mopping etc. Lastly would be the communal washer and dryer cleaners on site went up in price and takes 2-3 loads for every normal wash you would do at a friends or parents house. That's all I can think of at the moment. Long story short I love where I live and the pros out weigh the cons for me in totality. Thanks for this awesome chance!
