"Montrose Place" - 2300 Park

Situated in the heart of all things Montrose, lies a little community of urban dwellers with rural tendencies. Biking and grilling out are daily habits, dogs are playing in the courtyard, and the patio chairs are always being lounged upon. The community is calm and easy, the pads are modern & comfy, and the grounds are well groomed. Think of it as a mini-oasis in the concrete jungle.
