April 30, 2026In all my renting experience, I’ve never had so many issues at a single apartment complex. Since the first month I moved in I should’ve known this would not be a pleasant experience when I was locked in my own home and management could not be reached so I had to call fire department. That was just the first month of me moving in. These past 2 years have been the worst experience for me compare to any other apartment complex that I’ve lived in previously. Management or Trinity need to work ...together to improve the quality of this place because it seems as though too many things are out of compliance. Everything is out of order or not functioning properly and this has been that way since moving in. With over 100 units and rent being collected from each, you would think Greystar would have the funds to keep the complex running smoothly but that’s far from the truth. It smells of urine in the staircase, washer and dryers are constantly inoperable, laundry card machine is always out of order, the elevator hasn’t been operating for 2 weeks, lights in the halls are always out, there’s homeless people who are constantly sleeping by front gates and breaking into cars in the back of the building, this always garage thrown in front of building, I found needles on the curb where my car was parked, this place is the worse. A great location in San Francisco
August 14, 2015San Francisco rents are sky high. Fortunately, I moved into Casa Dolores eight years ago and it is one of the apartment buildings in the city under rent control. Subsequently, my rent has not gone up as quickly as many others in this tech friendly city. My apartment is so close to the BART station and to the F, K, L, M and N lines for the local city operated transit system (MUNI) and that makes getting around the city much easier. I do own a car and do have it parked in the basement garage ...but public transportation is much easier to use than driving my car. This apartment has a small outdoor pool and that is a plus in the city. It does not have a gym but it is very close to two major fitness centers. It is only a few blocks from the Castro section of town and is very close to many restaurants and bars. Great location and many positive elements to this apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
