Okay so we moved here about a 2 years ago, and I've lived in numerous apartments in my life, but these apartment complexes are worth every penny. The owner is very sweet and is always available for any questions and repair situations. The owner also pays for the water bill so all you need to worry about is electricity, he worries about any other patio maintenance and pays for all that. spaces, and each building has their own laundry room. What's even better is that each apt. Building has their own washing day. Ex: there's 4 apt complexes so apt. A washes on Monday and apt. D has their own day to wash on Thursday and the rest in between B Tuesday and C Wednesday and the Friday -Sunday anyone is open to use the laundry room. Very convienent and amazing. The apt complex I live in is 2 story and 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms. each room has their own ac and so does the living room. The living and kitchen both are reasonably big and have their own sliding doors which is convienent for a lot of sunlight to come in during the day. we have our own patio and it's right in front of the river and mountains out there so the sunsets are always nice to watch and barbecues are event better. Honestly these apartments are just convienent and affordable. Overall they're worth it.
