Poorly maintained, trash everywhere, always

This place is a perennial dump. It was just sold about a year ago and it's gotten even worse under new ownership. Busted out windows, a dirt yard full of trash, and trash all around residents cars consistently. This property is blighted and the owner needs to be held accountable.
