in the surrounding area. To make matters worse we moved in with new appliances installed like the dishwasher, and kitchen sinks. The only problem is the dishwasher doesn't even work, and both sinks leak. Maintenance is virtually non- existent here as we have tried to get our appliances fixed. But all we get is "We will be by sometime this week" for an answer. This has been going on for months now with no real action. Another problem is safety issues concerning our balcony. The wood is old and deteriorating. Nails are coming out and just fall to the ground rusted. Putting your hand on the railing is asking for splinter heaven. Its just terribly unsafe for my family and our children that play here. I have called, made complaints and nothing seems to get fixed around here. But to top it all off our neighbors just told us they have roaches, and I see that they are spreading into our apartment. I would not recommend these apartments, unless you want to be stuck with regrets.
