UNLIVABLE - TRASH EVERYWHERE, NO LAUNFRY, TRASH CHUTE OR ELEVATOR
June 24, 2018This place is horrendous. I feel bad for all the elderly people that live in this building. The elevator has been broken for 2 weeks now, with no intentions of it being repaired (nor have I seen anyone come by to fix it). There's old people in this building climbing up flights of stairs with groceries, and I can't imagine what it's like if anyone is handicapped. Also the TRASH is insane. People can't access the trash and recycling in the basement so everyone is forced to leave it in the lobby. ...Trash chutes don't even work! At least ensure that the trash chutes work if we aren't able to access the basement. It reeks of trash all day and people have their trash outside the trash rooms on every door and can't even access the mailboxes in the lobby because everything has been piled up. Don't even try to access the "laundry area." That's also in the basement so you're out of luck and will have to find a laundromat elsewhere. Nothing in the building works at this point: elevator, laundry, or trash chute :) PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Some people haven't been here since the 80s and have to pay atrocious amounts to live here. We shouldn't have to put up with this.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
My First Pace
September 28, 2015Its a spacious studio that has a full bathroom with a Victorian tub ,3 door Mirror & cabinet and a window. Awesome Walk In closet! Kitchen with a stove & fridge already there when i moved in and mini pantry. Also has a fire escape(patio) in the rear. I can fit my full size & twin size bed in there with a dresser & still have enough space for my 3yr old to play. I really wish i could stay here but i have used time granted with my program and my son and i must move by October 9th.
