$40 for parking every you have a visitor. New management team does not do good upkeep. Was once a luxury apartment, now it is a joke.

Hugo is like a slimy car salesman. The actual admin or whoever, doesn’t care about the tenants. There is constantly dog poop in the walk ways and smells of urine. I had black mold from a faucet not installed properly. Took a month. They were not helpful or accommodating with that process. I was cleaning up the mess the crew would make. Bikes get stolen anytime there’s a new one in the bike rack. When I moved in over a year ago I was reassured they would get a lock on the bike gate. After my bike ...
got stolen I was told the lock is to expensive so instead they posted signs everywhere saying they are not responsible for stolen goods. Now that I have moved out a month ago, I have yet to receive any information about my deposit. CA law is 21 days. Lastly, you have no idea how bad that A’s traffic will be once the season starts. Don’t plan on leaving or coming home when a game is going on. It takes an hour to go .25 miles. I would not recommend this place.

Horrible Management

There is flooding in some of the units on the first floor, and management has been taking over 2 months to take care of the issue. They continue to not address and solve the problem. When trying to speak to a property manager, they constantly evade responsibility and avoid talking to tenets. I would not recommend living in a complex that does not care or make an effort to accommodate for their mistakes. So much for luxury apartments.
