    The move in process was smooth and great everyone in the office especially Shakeisha was super friendly and helpful! This a beautiful property and well kept. The waterfall feature was a big selling point for me and Shakeisha was able to help me get a unit right by the pool! I'm excited to settle into my new home!

    Overall Alister Galleria is a nice place to live. Good location, the pool is very nice, and the maintenance crew is friendly. They work hard to keep it clean and make updates.

    This is a very peaceful wonderful place to call home. Maintenance is fast, repairs are done in a timely manner. Office manager returns calls quickly and is extremely helpful.

    Great community with amenities! Love our unit with the patio which we use in the evenings. Parking is very convenient and grounds always well kept.

    It was a good experience but their was lots of sound in the night because of the frogs and there is slow maintence service. Also they were issues in the day we moved in like the ac wasn't working.

    I’ve had a good experience living in this apartment community. The area is generally quiet and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the office staff has been helpful when needed. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live.

    Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience at Alister. I’m moving into my second year of living here and I’ve had very little complaints. Maintenance requests are met in a very timely fashion. Office staff are always pleasant and beyond helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and in a perfect place.

    I’ve been living here a little over a year. And these apartment are nice. I love the amenities and the neighbor hood. It’s a safe and kid friendly area to live in. It’s also not far from the galleria and the area of the apartments aren’t too far from main attraction such as downtown

    The staff have been wonderful answering all questions that I have asked and never have I been rushed. My daughter states when she went to view the apartment they answered all her questions as well and she felt comfortable talking to them

    Alister Galleria is in the middle of the city. Either access to shopping and dining. So many perks to where Alister is located/ right in the middle. It’s so spacious, modern, and the responsive maintenance team. The community is family-friendly, quiet atmosphere, with pets allowed. Which is a plus. Clean, with amenities like a nice pool and a welcoming atmosphere. Despite the obvious- I would never choose to move and will be confident that once my lease is up- it’ll be renewing it. Overall, ...
    the core to the foundation , Mrs. Tasha, is extremely a blessing in this facility. She’s prompt, direct, and attends to your questions, needs, as well as being a professional. She’s the main attraction as it’s key to make sure to do your job and make everyone feel comfortable and safe which she has managed to do, continuously. Very hard worker and a true professional.     So far so good. There were was a power outage in mine a some neighboring apartments but the community worked quickly to get everything fixed.
