Dirty buildings, Impossible to contact staff, and a dangerous lot.

Buildings 1 & 2 are filthy and very often have squatters in the basement parking garage & stairwells. Wouldn't be a massive issue except they rarely ever thoroughly clean the shared spaces (unless it's a space on their tour routes, then it's immaculate).
The staff are nice and helpful, but getting a hold of one of them is like pulling teeth unless you have time to physically walk into the office. Their phones ring exactly one time before sending you to voicemail so I'm convinced they just ...
auto-reject all calls. I have NEVER gotten an answer when I call the office. Not once.
The surface lot is comically dangerous. Even ignoring the potholes and constant broken glass strewn about, I have witnessed 2 hand offs and been "solicited" to once in front of my building.
I want to like this place but there are far too many egregious issues that I cannot look past. I hope the new management company can get a grip on things around here, but it seems like they care even less than the previous owners.
