Overpriced and badly managed

The amount of money they charge to live there is incredibly over priced. I moved a block away from there to a better bigger place for 300 dollars less. Management is lazy and accuses people of doing things they haven't done. They never answer the phone and have no email or other method of contact. They took 3 weeks to fix my toilet and never pick up the phone for any questions I had or return calls. The apartments have no view and are super dark. Everyone smokes cigarettes and weed even though ...
it's supposed to be a non smoking building, I complained numerous times to management and they literally told me ''there is nothing we can do''. There is also a tenant that doesn't pay rent and steals people's amazon packages. If you like to break the rules and do whatever you want move here since management is never there and doesn't care about following rule.
