Management does not care… Have waited for an ice maker for almost a year and the fireplace to be fixed since November 2022. Have called and stopped in office repeatedly with no help. Have been in apartment since 2015, never been a day late with rent and it means nothing.

Understaffed and everything gets blamed on staff. But the real issue is ownership. The owners are trying to squeeze more money anyway they can. Cheap renovations. Cant open drawers because appliances are in the way. Weeks to get fully working appliances. Hot tub regularly left running for entire weekends overflowing everywhere. And the list goes on. The only ratings for 5 stars on here are from coersion because this place is terrible. Need new owners asap otherwise look elsewhere! Money trap! ...

The unit was putrid and moldy. I wish I could give zero stars.The entire unit smelt of filth due to waste caked on the master toilet. We were supposed to move in the 15th of November but the cleaners didn’t show up until 6:00 pm. When we moved in the following day, the apartment was still filthy. Spent one night, found mold the following day and left. Maintenance and cleaning after the previous tenant was almost nonexistent, every issue I found had a band aid fix. I won’t list all the issues but ...
will provide pictures of water damage, mold, and the previous tenants filth still caked on the master toilet. Management is pathetic and ownership is apathetic towards our issues. Truly a pathetic effort.
We managed to find a different complex to live. While we did receive a refund, they charged us for the 5 days that we had the keys even though the unit still wasn’t move in ready by the time we left. Management and ownership should be embarrassed.

bad sanitation and staff

I have very bad experience at this place
Staff not listening to resident concern, one day the staff yelled at me over the phone and never listen to my discussion. Non respectful.
No parking lots specific for resident your will suffer every day to park your car near your unit.
No care of inside road tracks, when snowing it will be a mess.

At some point in time these apartments were nice. They used to be well maintenance and taken care of, but as of now that is no longer the case. The complex is overrun by squirrels and ants, the landscaping is maintained very poorly(weeds everywhere.) The pool area is not very well maintained either, generally the pool has plenty of leaves and trash inside. The pool bathrooms are a horrible mess, there was a trashcan outside the bathroom that remained full for about two weeks. Most of the pool ...
furniture is destroyed. The pool area is covered in weeds and once again ants everywhere around the pool. There is a waterfall near the pool that was just finally turned on with a month left in the season. Maintenance in the apartments themselves is done just as well as the pool. The maintenance men are known to come into your house with a key without notifying you so be aware of that if you sign a lease. The repairs to apartments after move out is done very poorly and usually on the past tenants dime. Don't believe this site listing granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, neither of the three models I was shown includes either of these things. My unit itself also does not have stainless or granite. These apartments used to be nice, they are not anymore. Please spend the extra 50-100$ and go somewhere nicer.

Nice apartments, were condos prior to becoming a apt complex, management better then before , but when u move out they go after you for everything including carpets etc, they want apts to be turn key, without painting or new carpets and they go after the last tenet with a vengeance. GET LAWYER when moving out.
